The Colorado People’s Center is a volunteer-run organization founded and operated by a team of community organizers who recognize the need for physical spaces of collaboration, education, organization, and empowerment.
We started this project with a faith in our community—that by creating more possibilities for everyday people to learn, contribute, and collaborate, we can change the horizon of what’s possible.
The Colorado People’s Center is built by neighbors who want to see new possibilities grow for our communities, and who contribute to make that happen. We put our time, our talents, and our money into this project because we know that that's the only way it will grow into what it can be for our community.

When we put many humble contributions together, we create possibilities far greater than what we could imagine on our own. A garden doesn't flourish because of one heavy rain—it flourishes because it is watered, little by little, day after day.

Why monthly giving? What you water grows. The Colorado People's Center depends on people who are willing to nurture it—not just once, but month after month. Volunteers are the hands that tend this project, and recurring small-dollar donations are the steady care that helps it take root and flourish.
Helps keep our childcare room stocked with snacks, wipes, and other essentials so caregivers can fully participate in community life.
Helps cover the everyday costs that keep the Center running—from printing and cleaning supplies to napkins, paper, and other shared resources.
Helps provide 5–7 free meals, making our events and programs more accessible for working families and neighbors.
Helps keep our space affordable by subsidizing low rental rates for grassroots groups and small-budget organizations.
