Affordable facilities for organizations & grassroots projects
We believe in the power of our communities to make change through our own initiative. The avenues for community organization are systematically limited, and shrinking every day. We want to change that.
At the Colorado People’s Center, we offer affordable facilities, resources, and support from seasoned organizers to foster the growth of grassroots organizing in our community. We prioritize offering space for organizations and groups engaging in community-led grassroots organizing who align with our mission and values.
Our space is available for booking Monday through Saturday 9AM - 9PM. Requests outside of these times can be considered on a case by case basis.

We offer discounts for full-day bookings. Complete the booking form and let us know you are looking to book for 8+ hours for more information!

Rental Spaces & Rates
Capacity: 125 seated, 200 standing
Includes: Chairs, sound system, TV screen, stage, podium, attached single occupancy restroom, childcare room
Non-Member Rate: $75 an hour (3 hour minimum). Must include set up and clean up time within booking
Member Rate: $25 an hour. Not available for recurring booking
Event Room
For Members and Non-members: Use included in any rental of the event room (childcare will not be provided by COPC)
Childcare Room
Capacity: 15 classroom style, 30 overflow style, 40 standing
Includes: Table, chairs, white board, TV screen
Non-Member Rate: $15 an hour add on to main event space / $25 an hour if rented on its own
Member Rate: Included with main event space (must still be reserved) / Free to book on its own. Not available for recurring booking
Classroom / Overflow Room
Capacity: 8 seated
Includes: Conference table, chairs, TV screen, video conferencing, white board
Non-Member Rate: $15 an hour
Member Rate: Free (must still be reserved) / $15 an hour for recurring meetings (weekdays from 9am - 5pm are not available for recurring meetings)
Conference Room
Main Meeting Room
Capacity: 50 seated, 90 standing
Includes: Chairs, sound system, 11 foot projection screen, white board. Tables available upon request
Non-Member Rate: $50 an hour (2 hour minimum). Must include set up and clean up time within booking
Member Rate: $15 an hour / $35 an hour for recurring events
Capacity: 6 seated
Includes: Table, chairs
Non-Member Rate: Free (must still be reserved) / $10 an hour for recurring meetings
Member Rate: $10 an hour
