Colorado Emergency Rental Assistance Monthly Application Workshop

The Colorado Division of Housing (DOH) has emergency rental assistance funding for Coloradans who have fallen behind on their rent, meet income limits and other qualifying factors, and are at risk of eviction or displacement.

Every month the Colorado People’s Center hosts a workshop with volunteer assistance for renters seeking to apply for Colorado Emergency Rental Assistance (CERA). The clinic is held the second Monday of each month, when the CERA application portal opens.

Bring with you:

• Valid identification for all the leaseholders

• Proof of income for all household members 18 or older

• Contact information for your landlord

• Eviction Notice (notice showing a demand or court date)

• Court deadline (summons date, stipulation, with deadline, OR trial date)
